Our efficient guestroom, public area, and back-of-house planning reduces the required square meterage. Moreover, ASAI’s standardised modular guestrooms allow a fast roll-out, for reduced development time and cost.

This is the key component to our success, because it means we create nearly twice the number of guestrooms over a smaller floor area than traditional upper-midscale hotels.
