We’re excited to welcome you back as the ASAI Play Art Fest returns for 2023. This year, we put our planet front and centre and invite art enthusiasts and fellow creatives to join us for a sustainable art event to remember.
Following last year’s success, the team at ASAI Bangkok Chinatown will once again transform our unique venue into a creative art space. Plus, we’re joining hands with local gallery PLAY ART HOUSE again to keep you engaged throughout the whole week with loads of fun activities from an unmissable art market to hands-on creative workshops and much more.
From 9 to 15 June 2023, come immerse yourself in our hotel-room art exhibition showcasing masterworks from 28 inspiring artists. Step into the courtyard to feast your eyes on a stunning installation featuring colourful recycled rice sacks, which reinforce our commitment to sustainability. If you’re into art, crafts and souvenirs, don’t miss PLAY AROUND MARKET in the courtyard over the weekend (10-11 June).
Want to get interactive? Check out the Paper Art workshop by J-DA on Sat 10 June or the Water Colour Workshop by Supmanee C on Sun 11 June. And join us to turn trash into treasure in a mini art workshop running from Sat 10 to Thu 15 June. And what else? So glad you asked! Dazzling light mapping shows will fill the Chinatown sky every night, there’ll be live painting by talented artists and your favourite party DJs to open and close the event.
All this fun is sure to work up a hunger. Fuel up with delectable dishes and drinks at JAM JAM Eatery & Bar.
ASAI Play Art Fest is on from 9 to 15 June 2023 and entry is free!
You’ll need tickets for some of the workshops so make sure to book early before they sell out. Reserve your spot here: https://www.ticketmelon.com/asaihotels/asai-play-art-fest-2023
